Her er reglene for Oslo Bytte Bank
1. VC er den offisielle valuttaen i Oslo Bytte Bank. VC står for Vampire Currency. En VC består av 4 IC. IC står for Imbued Currency
2. For å starte en konto og dermed kunne bruke OBB tar OBB et engangsgebyr på 3 vc
3. Alle uncommon kort har en verdi på 1 vc.
4. Alle common unique' vampyrer og Imbueds har en verdi på 1 ic
5. Alle Rare kort har en verdi på 3 vc
6. Alle non-unique common vampyrer har en verdi på 1vc
7. For å få tilslag for ett kort må det gjøres slik. Man må ha betalt gebyret. Gi Bankmann/Prince Vegard beskjed hvilket kort de vil ha på mail. Om to vil ha samme kortet får den personen som spurte Vegard først kortet.
8. Når OBB har 10stk av ett kort vil OBB ikke ta inn flere av det kortet.
9. Vegard sender til alle byer i Norge. Men i stedet for å sende meg penger for porto så tar jeg betalt i rares, eventuelt andre kort. Hvilke kort Vegard vil ha kan vi sikkert bli enige om.
Med andre ord bytter vi alle rare og uncommon kort samt common vampyrer. Håper dere vil benytte dere av dette tilbudet. Jeg vet at alle har vampyrer de aldri bruker.
