A new champion emerges!   Mats Ole Almo Ellingsen won the Norwegian ECQ, and received hearty congratulations from the other 22 participants in this year's exciting ECQ in Flekkefjord In addition to Mats and Gary Meland, the tournament organizer, the following 5 people qualify for this year's European Championship: #2: John Ivar #3: Hugo Skarstein Larsen #4: Joel Toledo #5: Eric Meland #6: Tor Harald Fedog.
